Therapy is often viewed as a last resort for a difficult or heavy situation.  It can also be a way for a person to find new meaning, or a fresh start. Therapy is a way to untangle your thoughts and sort them into ideas and goals. It also helps to bring clarity to confusing situations that are difficult to process. 

It is my belief that we are all on a unique journey, and each person needs individualized therapy that is tailored to help them. I work with clients to develop, and reach desired goals. I do this by providing a safe space to share your personal story, while also providing acceptance, and understanding.

My experience comes not only from my education and experience in counseling, but also from my life experiences. It is from my own life experiences, that allow me  to relate and really empathize with my clients, as well as provide valuable insight, comfort & understanding.
